• News: Pursuant to that certain Bondholder Direction and Consent, the Trustee received direction and consent from holders of one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds (the ""100% Bondholders""), to make a distribution in the amount of $553,892.52 (the ""Distribution"") representing a portion of the past due and unpaid interest that has accrued on the Bonds from November 1, 2009 to present. Accordingly, on June 30, 2017, the Trustee will distribute $553,892.52 to holders of record as of June 26, 2017. Except with regard to the June 30, 2017 payment described above, no assurance can be given as to the amount or timing of payments, if any, to Bondholders
