• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that for the payment of the principal of, and interest on such of the bonds of the above-described series (the ""Bonds""), there have been irrevocably deposited in escrow with UMB Bank, National Association moneys which, except to the extent maintained in cash, if any, have been invested in certain direct obligations of or guaranteed by the United States of America.
