- News: UMB Bank, N.A. acts as trustee (the Trustee) under that certain Trust Agreement dated as of June 1, 1999, as it has been amended, revised, and supplemented since its original execution as so amended, referred to herein as the Indenture), between the Riverside County, California Public Financing Authority (referred to herein as the Issuer) and the Trustees predecessor in interest. The proceeds of the Certificates were loaned by the Issuer to Air Force Village West, Inc., n/k/a Altavita (the Borrower), to finance a continuing care retirement center in Riverside, California (the Facility). The purpose of this notice is to advise holders of the Certificates that interest on the Certificates has been paid as due on November 15, 2016, from the Reserve Account established under the Indenture. The accrued interest paid on each CUSIP identified above is as follows: CUSIP 76912GAH4 $194,781.25 CUSIP 76912GAJ0 $966,570.00 After the payment of interest today, the remaining balance in the Reserve Fund is $4,474,413.35.
