- News: Notice is hereby given that all of the outstanding Rancho California Water District Financing Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series of 2002A set forth above (the 2002A Bonds) were redeemed on August 24, 2017 and in accordance with Section 12.01 of the Indenture, the lien of the Indenture has been discharged and except to the extent set forth in Section 12.01 of the Indenture, the Authority has been released from the covenants, agreements and other obligations contained in the Indenture. The Continuing Disclosure Agreement dated as of August 1, 2002 by and between the District and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (as successor-in-interest to BNY Western Trust Company) has terminated and no further reports will be provided thereunder. The Authority and Trustee shall not be responsible for the selection or use of the CUSIP numbers selected, nor is any representation made as to their correctness indicated in the notice or as printed on any Defeased Bond. They are included solely for the convenience of the holders.
