- News: The Port of Portland, Oregon (the Port) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 444-B, enacted July 11, 2012, as supplemented by a Supplemental Action of the Executive Director Establishing and Determining Certain Terms of and Other Matters Relating to the Bonds, dated as of August 15, 2012, and as further amended and supplemented by an Amendment to the Supplemental Action, dated as of June 1, 2016 (the Amendment to Supplemental Action and collectively, the Supplemental Action), and pursuant to the terms of a Continuing Covenant Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2012, as amended by the First Amendment to Continuing Covenant Agreement, dated November 22, 2013, and by the Second Amendment to Continuing Covenant Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2016 (collectively, the Continuing Covenant Agreement), each between the Port and Wells Fargo Municipal Capital Strategies, LLC, as purchaser (the Purchaser) of the above-reference bonds, the Purchaser and the Port have extended the Initial Purchaser Purchase Date (as defined in the Amendment to Supplemental Action) to June 1, 2020.
