- News: Palomar Health (""Palomar Health""), formerly known as Palomar Pomerado Health, hereby provides notice of the addition of Arch Health Partners, Inc., a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California and a medical foundation described under Section 1206(1) of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California (""Arch"") to the obligated group created pursuant to the provisions of that certain Master Trust Indenture, dated as of December 1, 2006, as amended and supplemented, between Palomar. Health and U.S. Bank National Association, as master trustee, which obligated group is hereinafter referred to as the ""Palomar Health Obligated Group.""
