- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above-referenced bonds (the Series 2013C Bonds) by U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the Bond Trustee) pursuant to Section 4.10 of the Bond Trust Indenture dated September 18, 2013, pertaining to the Series 2013C Bonds between the STATE TREASURER OF THE STATE OF OREGON (the State Treasurer), acting on behalf of the State of Oregon (the State) and on behalf of the State of Oregon Oregon Facilities Authority (the Authority) and the Bond Trustee (the Bond Indenture) that the Series 2013C Bonds listed below are subject to Mandatory Tender and Purchase on September 30, 2016, (the Purchase Date) at a Purchase Price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Bonds plus accrued interest to the applicable Purchase Date.
