- News: Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 910 of the Bond Resolutions and Section 12 of the Series 13 Refunding Trust Agreement to the Owners of all Bonds Outstanding and to the owners of the Series 13 Bonds refunded pursuant to the Series 13 Refunding Trust Agreement, that on March 31, 2017, the Trust, Wells Fargo Bank, and U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) signed a tri-party agreement labeled Instrument of Removal, Appointment, and Acceptance to remove Wells Fargo Bank as Bond Trustee and Paying Agent for the Bonds and as Refunding Bond Trustee under the Series 13 Refunding Trust Agreement. The effective date will be April 12, 2017. Pursuant to the Bond Resolutions and the Series 13 Refunding Trust Agreement, the Owners of a majority in aggregate principal amount of each series of the Bonds (the Majority Holders) have the right to appoint a successor Bond Trustee for the applicable series of the Bonds. In order to appoint a successor Bond Trustee, under Section 910 of the Bond Resolutions, the Majority Holders for the applicable series of Bonds must deliver an instrument of appointment to the successor Bond Trustee, with notification to the Trust and the prior bond trustee. Until any such appointment by the Majority Holders, the Trust has appointed U.S. Bank to serve as successor Bond Trustee for each series of the Bonds and as Refunding Bond Trustee under the Series 13 Refunding Trust Agreement. The Trust has also appointed U.S. Bank to serve as successor Paying Agent.
