• News: A VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the expiration date of the irrevocable direct-pay letter of credit (the Letter of Credit), by State Street Bank and Trust Company (the State Street) relating to the above-referenced Bonds has been extended. The Letter of Credit, which was issued on May 13, 2008, was originally scheduled to expire on May 13, 2010. Actions were taken in 2010, 2013 and 2016, respectively, to extend the expiration date of the Letter Credit to May 13, 2013, May 13, 2016 and May 13, 2018, respectively. The expiration date of the Letter of Credit has been now further extended to May 13, 2020.
