- News: Notice is hereby given to the registered owners of LOWER MERION SCHOOL DISTRICT, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, as Issuer, General Obligation Bonds, Capital Project Series A of 2009 (the Bonds) that all Bonds outstanding will be subject to mandatory tender for purchase, as follows: 1. Purchase Date: February 5, 2018 2. Retention Rights of Registered Owners: No retention rights. All Bonds will be purchased. 3. Reason for Mandatory Tender for Purchase: Delivery of an Alternate Liquidity Facility, on the Purchase Date, consisting of a U.S. Bank Liquidity Facility supporting the Bonds. 4.
