• News: King County Public Hospital District No. 2 (EvergreenHealth) is required to file its annual financial statements, which may be unaudited, and other operating statistics on or before the end of the sixth month following the end of the Districts fiscal year for the above captioned bonds, with the audited financial statements to be filed when available. The District historically has provided audited financial statements prior to the end of the sixth month. In 2018, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, Snohomish County Public Hospital District No. 1 (EvergreenHealth Monroe), a discretely presented component unit of King County Public Hospital District No. 2, will likely experience a delay in receiving its audited financial statements due to the implementation of GASB rule 75. This will also delay the release of the audited financial statements of King County Public Hospital District No. 2. Currently, King County Public Hospital District No. 2 management expects the audited financial statements to be available within 45 days of the June 30, 2018 deadline. In accordance with its Continuing Disclosure agreement, King County Public Hospital District No. 2 has released unaudited annual financial statements in lieu of audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2017, and will release audited financial statements when they are available.
