- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 4.1 of the First Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of March 1, 2007, between the Industrial Development Authority of Middlesex County, Virginia, (the Authority) and Chesapeake Bank, as trustee (the ""Trustee"") and at the direction of the Authority, the Authoritys outstanding Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2007, issued on March 15, 2007 and dated March 15, 2007 (the Bonds) are being called for redemption in full in the aggregate principal amount of $7,250,000. Subject to deposit of funds by the Authority with the Trustee, all of the outstanding Bonds will be redeemed on August 1, 2017 (the Redemption Date) at a redemption price equal to 100% of their principal amount, plus interest accrued thereon to the Redemption Date.
