• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the expiration date of the Letter of Credit (the Letter of Credit) issued by U.S. Bank National Association (the Bank) relating to the Bonds has been extended to November 1, 2021. In connection with such extension, the Corporation and the Bank entered into a Second Amended and Restated Reimbursement Agreement as of November 1, 2016, (the Amended Reimbursement Agreement). A copy of the Letter of Credit and the Amended Reimbursement Agreement are attached hereto.

• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sections 4.14(A) and 8.08 of the Bond Indenture dated as of November 1, 2008 (the Indenture), between The Hospital Facility Authority of the City of Salem, Oregon and U.S. Bank National Association as trustee (the Trustee), that Barclays Capital, Inc., the Remarketing Agent for the Hospital Facility Authority of the City of Salem, Oregon Variable Rate Revenue Bonds (Salem Hospital Project), Series 2008B will be replaced by U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and U.S. Bank Municipal Products Group, a division of U.S. Bank National Association, acting jointly, as Remarketing Agent.
