• News: Notice is hereby given that on the date hereof Mountain States Health Alliance (MSHA) has amended and restated its Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture dated as of February 1, 2000 with an Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture dated as of June 1, 2018 (the New Master Indenture) among Ballad Health, MSHA, the other Obligated Group Members that are party to that certain Obligated Group Joinder Agreement dated as of June 6, 2018 (the Joinder Agreement) and U.S. Bank National Association, as master trustee. Copies of the New Master Indenture and the Joinder Agreement are attached hereto for reference
