The District timely filed its continuing disclosure and operating data in accordance with SEC Rule 15c2-12 and its reported obligations in the fiscal year ended 2015 with one exception, the District failed to provide the operating data subsection titled ""Tax Adequacy for Debt Service"" in its 2015 annual filing.
