- News: Pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement, a semi-annual interest payment in the aggregate amount of $110,500 is due to be paid on the Certificates on August 1, 2016. Notice is hereby given that the Directing Holder has directed the Trustee to make a reduced semi-annual interest payment on August 1, 2016 in the aggregate amount of $34,000, which is equivalent to the annual rate of 2% (or 1% semiannually), and to preserve the remaining trust funds for possible use in connection with the Project.
