- News: U.S. Bank National Association, as successor to U.S. Bank Trust National Association (the Trustee), currently serves as trustee under that certain Trust Agreement dated as of September 1, 2000, among the Trustee, MJK Capital Corporation, and George Washington Carver Academy (the Academy), pursuant to whose terms the Full Term Certificates of Participation, Series 2000 (the Certificates) were issued and currently remain outstanding. The Academy has become authorized by the Bay Mills Community College Board of Regents, with a charter contract dated as of July 1, 2016 and expiring on June 30, 2024. To secure performance of the Academys obligations with respect to the financing under the Financing Agreement undertaken with regard to the Certificates, the Academy and the Trustee desire to execute and deliver an Amended and Restated State School Aid Payment Agreement and Direction (the Agreement). To effectuate the covenants in the Financing Agreement, it is necessary for the Academy to enter into this Agreement.
