This certifrcate is executed for the purpose of establishing certain facts and estimates existing as of the date hereof and the reasonable expectations of the District as to future events regardin! the $3,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the District`s School Improvennt Bond, Project of 2014, Series B (2011) (the""Bond"").
