• News: In connection Modified Stipulation filed in the Bankruptcy on July 26, 2016, the completion of the conditions set forth therein, and the direction of the Bondholder, the Trustee is distributing through DTC the amount of $452,298.42 (the ""Distribution"") currently on hand with the Trustee (which is the amount of funds the Trustee has received in EBTs less expenses and fees of the Trustee and its fees and expenses inclusive of fees and expenses of its general and local counsel). The Distribution constitutes payment of the interest due and unpaid upon all of the Bonds. The Trustee will make the Distribution on December 30, 2016, to Holders of record as of December 29, 2016, through The Depository Trust Company, in the total amount of $452,298.42. The Distribution is shown by CUSIP number as follows. The Distribution will be the final distribution on the Bonds. CANCELLATION OF THE BONDS Following the Distribution, and pursuant to Bondholder direction, the Bonds shall be cancelled as of December 30, 2016. The Bonds cannot be sold or traded on or after that date. The Bonds shall be of no effect on or after that date. Owners of the Bonds should contact their financial advisors on such questions. The Trustee may conclude that a specific response to particular inquiries from individual owners is not consistent with equal and full dissemination of information to all owners.
