- News: Notice is hereby given to the holders of the outstanding Escambia County, Florida Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (Gulf Power Company Project), Series 2003 (the Bonds), that the interest rate determination method applicable to the Bonds will be changed from the current Long-Term Interest Rate to a new Long-Term Interest Rate. The effective date of the new rate is June 15, 2016 (the Effective Date). The Bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on the Effective Date and interest will cease to accrue on such date as provided in the Bonds.
