• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the District that on July 25, 2018, S&P Global Ratings upgraded the Underlying Rating of El Camino Community College District to AA+ from AA for the General Obligation Bonds with Base CUSIP No. 282726, as listed above. The credit report from S&P is attached. An explanation of the significance of the new ratings may be obtained from S&P. The new ratings reflect only the views of such rating agency and are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold the obligations. The District makes no representation as to the appropriateness of the new ratings. There is no assurance that the new rating or ratings by any rating agency will be maintained for any given period of time or that it will not be lowered or withdrawn entirely if, in the judgment of the applicable rating agency, circumstances so warrant.
