- News: Pursuant to the Master Trust Indenture dated as of February 1, 2013 (the Master Indenture) between First Community Village, an Ohio nonprofit corporation (the Corporation) and The Huntington National Bank, as Master Trustee (the Master Trustee), notice is hereby given that the Corporation intends to enter into a Fourth Supplemental Indenture expected to be dated as of September 1, 2019 (the Fourth Supplement) as a supplement to the Master Indenture. Pursuant to Section 10.2 of the Master Indenture, the Fourth Supplement will be executed upon the receipt of the consent of the Holders of not less than a majority in aggregate principal amount of Obligations then Outstanding.
