- News: Pursuant to Section 8.03 of each of the Indentures (as defined herein), Buncombe County Financing Corporation (the Corporation), at the direction of the County of Buncombe, North Carolina (the County), has determined to remove U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the following documents (collectively, the Indentures): the Indenture of Trust dated as of July 1, 2009 (the 2009 Indenture); the Indenture of Trust dated as of December 1, 2010 (the 2010 Indenture); the Indenture of Trust dated as of April 1, 2015 (the 2015 Indenture), each between the Corporation and U.S. Bank National Association, and all supplemental indentures executed and delivered to supplement any of the Indentures (collectively, the Supplemental Indentures), each between the Corporation and U.S. Bank National Association, under which all of the Corporations certificates of participation and limited obligation bonds, other than the 2007 COPs (collectively, the Bonds), have been executed and delivered. The Corporation, at the direction of the County, has appointed Regions Bank as successor trustee for the Bonds under the Indentures and the Supplemental Indentures in accordance with Section 8.03 of each of the Indentures.
