• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 5(a)(8) of that certain Continuing Disclosure Agreement, by and between the Issuer and Special District Financing LLC, as dissemination agent, of a rating change with respect to the Etiwanda School District Community Facilities District No. 9 and the 2015 Special Tax Refunding Bonds (Bonds), by S&P Global Ratings (S&P). S&P has upgraded the long-term rating on the Bonds from A to AA-.
