• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 20, 2018, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) lowered its long-term and short-term rating on the Community Facilities District No. 89-5 (Rancon Business Center) of the Rancho California Water District Special Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 1998 to A+/A-1 from AA-/A-1+. The Bonds are secured by an irrevocable direct-pay Letter of Credit issued by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and carry long-term and short-term enhanced ratings from S&P based on the delivery of the Letter of Credit. The Rancho California Water District (the District) is providing this notice on a voluntary basis.
