Specifically, the Annual Report for the fiscal years ending 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 were filed late. The Continuing Disclosure Contract entered into in connection with the issuance of the 2005 Bonds requires the Annual Report to be uploaded within 180 days after the fiscal year ends on December 31. The 2011 Annual Reports were actually posted to the MSRB data port on6/30/2009, 7 /24/2012 and 3/4/2013 respectively, more than 180 days after the fiscal year beginning. Information for 2006 and 2007 is not available.
