- News: This Notice of Termination of Reporting Obligations (Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the City of Roseville (the City) pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of the Continuing Disclosure Certificate dated September 19, 2006, (the Disclosure Certificate), executed by the City in connection with the delivery of the $5,310,000 Stone Point Community Facilities District No. 5 Special Tax Bonds, Series 2006 (the 2006 Bonds) and to satisfy the Citys requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The City issued the Series 2006 Bonds pursuant to an Official Statement dated September 7, 2006. On July 27, 2017, the 2006 Bonds were deemed defeased upon the issuance of the Roseville Finance Authority 2017B Series Special Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds (the Refunding Revenue Bonds). In accordance with Section 5 of the Disclosure Certificate, all reporting obligations with regards to the 2006 Bonds have been terminated and the City shall make no additional filings thereunder.
