- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lebanon Urban Renewal Agency, Linn County, Oregon (the ""Issuer"") has requested the resignation of The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Paying Agent and Registrar under the Paying Agent Agreement dated as of November 2, 2010 (the ""Paying Agent Agreement"") pursuant to which the bonds were issued. The City of Lebanon has appointed Zions Bank, a division of ZB, National Association as Paying Agent and Registrar effective May 12, 2016 (the ""Effective Date""). Zions Bank has accepted such appointment as successor Paying Agent and Registrar and will assume the rights, titles, and interests in Trust Estate (as defined in the Paying Agent Agreement), and all duties and obligations of Prior Paying Agent and Registrar under the Paying Agent Agreement.
