• News: to the above-named Bonds as required by the Disclosure Agreement between the Obligor and Digital Assurance Certification, L.L.C., as Disclosure Dissemination Agent. The Obligor has determined that an extension for filing the June 30, 2018 Audited Financial Statements of the Obligor is necessary in order to determine an accurate value of the net resident accounts receivable outstanding as of June 30, 2018. Throughout the course of the last year the Obligors sole biller failed to complete regular billing activities. An extension will allow the Obligor to determine an accurate net resident receivable balance to record at June 30, 2018 and to incorporate into the audited financial statements. Current staff have been successful at getting caught up on claims from the past year and have incorporated many process improvements to ensure the Obligor does not find itself in a similar situation going forward. The Obligor expects for file the Audited Financial Statements by January 7, 2019. The Obligor has notified the Disclosure Dissemination Agent that it anticipates that the Annual Report will be filed no later than January 11, 2019.
