• News: On August 2, 2018, Moodys Investors Service (Moodys) released a rating action regarding the Citys Water Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2007 (the Series 2007 Bonds). The rating action states, in part, Moodys Investors Service has assigned a Aa3 rating to the City of De Pere, WI Water Enterprises outstanding Water Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2007. The rating previously maintained on these bonds was mistakenly withdrawn on January 24, 2017. At the time of the withdrawal the bonds were rated at Aa2 The Moodys website notes that the withdrawal resulted from the Series 2007 Bonds no longer being outstanding, which is an error that was brought to the attention of Moodys by the City when the error was detected.
