The rating upgrade qualifies as a material event as to which the Chino Public Financing Authority (Issuer) is required to file notice to satisfy the Issuers continuing disclosure requirements under Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with respect to the Issuers obligations listed above.
