- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Concordia Lutheran Health and Human Care (the ""Corporation"") has elected, pursuant to Section 3.6(a) of the Indenture (as defined hereinafter), to convert the interest rate mode of the above-described bonds (the ""Bonds"") from the Weekly Mode to the Bank Mode, effective on December 1, 2016 (the ""Conversion Date""). On the Conversion Date all of the Bonds shall be subject to mandatory tender in accordance with Section 4.2 of the Trust Indenture dated as of October 1, 2008, as amended (the ""Indenture""), between the Butler County Industrial Development Authority and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the ""Trustee""). Capitalized terms used in this Notice and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Indenture.
