The outlook on the rating of the Bonds is classified by S&P as stable. - News: This notice is being provided by the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority (the Authority) pursuant to the requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and certain continuing disclosure agreements heretofore executed by the Authority in connection with the issuance of its bonds. Certain demographic and statistical information required to be filed with the Electronic Municipal Market Access System (EMMA) established by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board as part of the Authoritys annual financial information was not included in such information for the fiscal years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The Authority is filing the attached Exhibit A, The Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority Supplementary Disclosure for Fiscal Years 2013 through 2017 to remedy the filing deficiency described above.
