- News: On or about May 28, 2015, the Borrower notified the Trustee in writing that it had failed to fulfill all of its obligations under the Indenture during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014. In particular, the Borrower notified the Trustee that it had failed to meet its Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 1.25, as set forth in Section 7.06 of the Indenture, and that it failed to satisfy the Days Cash on Hand Ratio set forth in Section 7.06 of the Indenture, which requires that the Borrower maintain a Days Cash on Hand Ratio of 75 days. The Borrower notified the Trustee that its Debt Service Coverage Ratio was .56 times and that its Days Cash on Hand Ratio was 36.31 The Indenture requires the Borrower to retain a Consultant and deliver a Consultants Report if it fails to meet either its Debt Service Coverage Ratio or its Days Cash on Hand Ratio requirement. On January 23, 2015 the Borrower retained Rural Hospital Group, LLC as the Consultant and Rural Hospital Group, LLC presented a Consultants Report to the Borrower and the Trustee on April 30, 2015.
