- News: UMB Bank, National Association serves as bond trustee (Bond Trustee) for the holders of the above-referenced Bonds pursuant to that certain Bond Indenture dated as of September 1, 2007 (the Indenture) between the Atoka County Healthcare Authority (the Hospital) and the Bond Trustee. Obligations of the Hospital and proceeds from a local one-percent sales tax (the Sales Tax) are primary sources for the payment of principal, premium, if any, interest, and other amounts relating to the Bonds. The Bonds are secured by, among other obligations, real and personal property associated with the Hospital, including, without limitation, the fee interest in a twenty-five-bed critical access hospital facility located in Atoka, Oklahoma. The Bonds are also secured by certain funds held under the Indenture, including a Debt Service Reserve Fund with a market value of approximately $741,374.97 as of December 1, 2016. The Indenture and other documents evidencing the Bonds and the Hospitals obligations associated with the Bonds are described herein as the Bond Documents.
