- News: This notice (the Notice) is given to you by United Bank, Inc., f/k/a United National Bank (the Trustee), as Trustee under the Master Trust Indenture dated April 1, 2000 (the Original Indenture), between the West Virginia Economic Development Authority (the Issuer) and the Trustee, as amended by a First Supplemental Indenture, dated April 1, 2000 (the First Supplemental Indenture), a Second Supplemental Indenture, dated November 22, 2002 (the Second Supplemental Indenture), a Third Supplemental Indenture, dated March 31, 2005 (the Third Supplemental Indenture), a Fourth Supplemental Indenture, dated October 1, 2009 (the Fourth Supplemental Indenture), and a Fifth Supplemental Indenture, dated April 21, 2014 (the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, and together with the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Third Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture, the First Supplemental Indenture and the Original Indenture, the Indenture).
