• News: On December 28, 2015, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey entered a Judgment against Christopher F. Brogdon (Brogdon), and Brogdons wife (collectively, Brogdon) in Securities and Exchange Commission v. Christopher Freeman Brogdon, et al., Case Number Case 2:15-cv-08173-KM-JBC. On April 8, 2016 and pursuant to the terms of the Judgment, Brogdon submitted a proposed plan to the Court to redeem all outstanding conduit municipal bonds and certain private placements listed in exhibits to the Judgment (including the above captioned bonds).
