- News: This Notice of Occurrence of Listed Event (Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the Stockton Public Financing Authority (the Authority) and the City of Stockton (the City, and together with the Authority, the Obligated Parties), pursuant to Section 4 of that certain Continuing Disclosure Agreement, dated August 1, 2014 (the Disclosure Agreement), executed and delivered by the Obligated Parties and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, in connection with the execution and delivery of the Authoritys $13,020,000 Limited Obligation Revenue Bonds (Mosher Reassessment District 2014-1), Series 2014 (the Bonds) and the requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The following information is being provided as required by the Disclosure Agreement in order to comply with the Obligated Parties obligations to notify owners of the Bonds, the participating underwriters, and the Repository of the occurrence of a Listed Event. On February 1, 2019, S&P Global Ratings (formerly, Standard & Poors Ratings Services) upgraded its Local Currency Long-Term Rating on the Bonds from BBB+ to A.
