• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in the name of Southern California Public Power Authority (the Authority) to the holders of the outstanding Southern California Public Power Authority Canyon Power Project, Revenue Bonds, 2010 Series B (Taxable Build America Bonds) (the Refunded Bonds) issued on June 9, 2010, pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Indenture of Trust dated as of October 1, 2009, as further supplemented and amended from time to time, including as supplemented and amended by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of May 1, 2010 (the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, and collectively with the Amended and Restated Indenture as previously supplemented and amended, the Indenture), from the Southern California Public Power Authority (the Authority) to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the Trustee), that the Authority has determined to exercise its option to redeem the outstanding Refunded Bonds as more fully identified in the table below, on January 26, 2017 (the Redemption Date), as a result of the occurrence of an Extraordinary Event (as such term is defined in the Fourth Supplemental Indenture) at the Extraordinary Optional Redemption Price
