• News: NOTICE is hereby given to the owners and holders of the South Dakota Building Authority Revenue Bonds, Series 2008 (the ""Series 2008 Bonds"") of the South Dakota Building Authority (the ""Authority"") described in the table below, that a portion of the Bonds of such series maturing on or after June 1, 2018 (the ""Refunded Bonds"") has been advance refunded by the Authority and is now secured pursuant to an Escrow Agreement dated as of June 6, 2017, between the Authority and The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls, South Dakota (the ""Escrow Agent""). In connection with such advance refunding, the Original Series 2008 Bonds maturing on or after June 1, 2018 have been replaced with new Series 2008 Bonds for each maturity representing, respectively, the Refunded Bonds and the portion of each maturity that is not being refunded, with new CUSIP numbers assigned to each such portion.
