- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the owners of the above-referenced bonds (the Issue 36A Bonds) by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the Trustee), pursuant to Resolution No. 91-0210, adopted by the Airport Commission of the City and County of San Francisco (the Commission) on December 3, 1991, as amended and supplemented (the 1991 Master Resolution) that: (1) In connection with the delivery by the Commission of an Alternate Credit Facility, the Issue 36A Bonds will be subject to mandatory tender for purchase on June 29, 2016 (the Mandatory Purchase Date), at a purchase price equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof plus interest accrued and unpaid with respect thereto, if any, to, but not including, the Mandatory Purchase Date (the Purchase Price). The interest on the Issue 36A Bonds shall cease to accrue from and after the Mandatory Purchase Date. The Issue 36A Bonds will be deemed to have been tendered on the Mandatory Purchase Date, for all purposes of the 1991 Master Resolution, whether or not the Issue 36A Bonds have been delivered to the Trustee. Upon receipt by the Trustee of funds sufficient to purchase the Series Issue 36A Bonds, each Issue 36A Bond will be deemed purchased (whether or not such Issue 36A Bond is delivered), and will no longer be Outstanding for purposes of the 1991 Master Resolution. The former owner of such Issue 36A Bond will no longer be entitled to the benefits of the 1991 Master Resolution, except for the purpose of payment of the Purchase Price thereof, and will thereafter have no claim, under the 1991 Master Resolution or otherwise, for any amount other than such Purchase Price.
