- News: U.S. Bank National Association serves as Trustee for holders of the above-captioned Bonds pursuant to an Indenture and Security Agreement (the ""Original Indenture"") dated as of January 1, 1999 between the City of Ridgeland, Mississippi and the Trustee. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in Original Indenture or the Loan Agreement. The Trustee previously notified Bondholders that, while Senior Bonds are outstanding, the holder or holders of a majority in aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Senior Bonds have the right to direct certain of the Trustees action under and subject to the conditions contained in the Original Indenture.
