The outlook is stable. This Reporting of Significant Event Notice (the Notice) has been prepared to satisfy the obligations of the Rancho California Water District Financing Authority (the Authority), pursuant to the Continuing Disclosure Agreement of the Bonds, executed by the Authority in connection with the issuance of the Bonds and the requirements of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
