• News: The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico (GDB) hereby gives notice to holders of the bonds (the Bonds), issued by GDB pursuant to the indenture, dated February 17, 2006, as supplemented, by and between GDB and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as successor trustee (the Trustee), as follows: GDB makes reference to previous notices posted to EMMA regarding GDBs debt service payments and the restrictions governing such payments that were implemented by Executive Order No. OE-2016-014, signed by the Governor of Puerto Rico on April 30, 2016 (the Executive Order). On June 1, 2018, the Trustee was scheduled to make payments in the aggregate amount of $8,822,140.42 of interest on certain of the Bonds. Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of such Executive Order, such payments on the Bonds have not been made by GDB.
