• News: Reference is made to the Loan and Trust Agreement dated as of May 10, 2007 (the Agreement) among the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority (the Issuer), Partners HealthCare System, Inc. (the Institution) and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as successor trustee (the Trustee). Terms used and not defined herein have the meanings given such terms in the Agreement. In accordance with Section 510(a)(i) and Section 516 of the Agreement, notice is hereby given to the Owners of the Series G-6 Bonds that, on June 29, 2017 (the Mandatory Purchase Date), all of the Series G-6 Bonds will be changed from the current Initial Index Floating Rate Mode to a new Index Floating Rate Mode. The Series G-6 Bonds are subject to mandatory purchase on the Mandatory Purchase Date at a Purchase Price of 100% of the principal amount thereof, plus interest accrued to and including the Mandatory Purchase Date. Interest on the Series G-6 Bonds will cease to accrue from and after the Mandatory Purchase Date.
