A description of the Effective Amendments is included in Exhibit A attached hereto. The Effective Amendments include, among others: Amendments to certain definitions set forth in the Trust Agreement Amendments to the provisions of the Trust Agreement with respect to the Reserve Fund 2 Amendments to the Trust Agreement that provide the Authority with the ability to issue its Proposition C Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Senior Bonds whereby such bonds may be secured by the Reserve Fund or a separate debt service reserve fund or whereby such bonds are not secured by the Reserve Fund or any other debt service reserve fund A final and executed copy of the Twenty-Sixth Supplemental Agreement (which contains the Effective Amendments) is on file at the offices of the Authority (located at One Gateway Plaza, Los Angeles, California 90012, Attn: Treasury Department).
