- News: Holders of Lawrence Municipal Building Corporation First Mortgage Refunding Bonds, Series 2006, dated December 28, 2006, are hereby notified that such bonds maturing on or after February 15, 2017, now outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of Two Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($2,955,000) (the ""Refunded Bonds""), have been refunded. Holders of the Refunded Bonds maturing on or after February 15, 2017, will be redeemed on February 15, 2017, at face value together with accrued interest and without any redemption premium.
