• News: In accordance with Section 3.03 of the 2016 Series A Indenture (the Indenture), dated as of September 1, 2016, between the Authority and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the Trustee), the Authority delivered to the Trustee on October 21, 2016 a direction for the mandatory redemption of a portion of the principal amount of the Bonds in the amount of $37,180.00 on November 1, 2016. The Authority directed the Trustee to debit the Revenue Funds Account established under the Indenture and to disburse as the master paying agent on November 1, 2016 such amount for the mandatory redemption of a portion of the Bonds in addition to the interest payment due on the Bonds in the amount of $82,900.02. Notwithstanding that the Revenue Funds Account contained sufficient funds to make the mandatory redemption of a portion of the Bonds on November 1, 2016, the Trustee did not disburse funds as the master paying agent as directed until November 23, 2016. The Authority has been advised by the Trustee that the payment delay was due to an internal communications error within the Trustees organization. The Trustee has indicated it is modifying its procedures with respect to mandatory prepayments of the Bonds.
