Increase in Rating On August 27, 2018, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) undertook the following ratings action for Monongahela Power Company: (1) Upgraded the issuer credit rating to BBB from BBB- and changed the outlook to stable; (2) Upgraded the senior secured credit rating to A- from BBB+ (3) Upgraded the senior unsecured credit rating to BBB from BBB-.
