(""Alerus""), formerly First National Bank North Dakota, has noticed its intent to resign, effective as of the date hereof (the ""Effective Date""), as trustee with respect to the above-referenced bonds (the ""Bonds"") pursuant to Section 910 of the Indenture of Trust (the ""Indenture"") dated as of April 1, 1996, between the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota (the ""City"") and Alerus. Pursuant to Section 912 of the Indenture and a resolution adopted May 15, 2017, the City has appointed U.S. Bank National Association (""U.S. Bank"") as temporary successor trustee under the Indenture, effective as of the Effective Date.
